సీఎల్పీ నేత భట్టి విక్రమార్క చేపట్టిన పీపుల్స్ మార్చ్ పాదయాత్ర శనివారం ఖమ్మం నగరంలోకి గ్రాండ్ ఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చింది .వేలాదిమంది ప్రజలు వెంట రాగ ఆయన ఉదయంపూట పాదయాత్ర జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యాలయం సంజీవరెడ్డి భవనం వరకు చేరుకుంది. ఈసందర్భంగా ప్రజలు నుంచి విశేష స్పందన కనిపించింది. ప్రజలు భట్టి మార్చ్ కు బ్రహ్మరథం పట్టారు. 2003 లో వైయస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి పాదయాత్రను గుర్తుచేసుకున్నారు . ఒకరకంగా చెప్పాలంటే కాంగ్రెస్ కు జీవం పోసింది ఈ యాత్ర …ప్రజల్లో చర్చనీయాంశం మారింది . పీపుల్స్ మార్చ్ పీపుల్స్ పల్స్ ను పట్టుకునేలా చేసింది.
108వ రోజు పీపుల్స్ మార్చ్ పాదయాత్ర కోదాడ ఎక్స్ రోడ్డు నుంచి ప్రారంభమై వరంగల్ ఎక్స్ రోడ్ మున్నేరు బ్రిడ్జి డిసిసి ఆఫీస్ ఇల్లందు ఎక్స్ రోడ్ శ్రీ శ్రీ సెంటర్ వరకు కొనసాగింది. ఎర్రటి ఎండలను సైతం లెక్కచేయకుండా ఆదిలాబాద్ నుంచి ఖమ్మం వరకు 108 రోజుల పాటు పాదయాత్ర చేసి ఖమ్మం గుమ్మంలో అడుగుపెట్టిన జన నాయకుడికి ప్రజలు జేజేలు పలికారు. కోదాడ ఎక్స్ రోడ్ నుంచి డప్పు, డోలు కళాకారులు గజ్జె కట్టి నృత్యాలు చేస్తూ పీపుల్స్ మార్చ్ పాదయాత్రలో కొట్టిన డప్పుల మూతలు ఖమ్మం గుమ్మంలో దద్దరిల్లాయి. ఒగ్గు డోలు కళాకారులు తమ విన్యాసాలను ప్రదర్శించగా మహిళా డప్పు కళాకారులు ఆటపాటలతో అందరిని విశేషంగా ఆకట్టుకున్నారు. పాదయాత్రలో ఆడ బిడ్డలు, అక్క చెల్లమ్మలు పెద్ద ఎత్తున పాల్గొని భట్టి కరచాలనం ఇచ్చేందుకు పోటీపడ్డారు. జై కాంగ్రెస్.. జై సోనియమ్మ.. అంటూ నినాదాలతో ఖమ్మం నగరం మార్మోగింది.
స్వ‌చ్ఛందంగా త‌ర‌లివ‌చ్చిన వేలాది మంది ప్రజలు, కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలు, అభిమానులు భట్టి విక్రమార్క పాదయాత్రకు అడుగడుగునా బ్రహ్మరథం పట్టారు. డివైడ‌ర్ల మీద నిల‌బ‌డి.. ఫొటోలు, వీడియోలు తీసుకునేందుకు ప్రజలు ఎగబడ్డారు. ట్రాఫిక్ కు అంతరాయం లేకుండా అత్యంత క్రమశిక్షణతో కార్యకర్తలు పాదయాత్ర లో పాల్గొన్నారు.
దారి పొడవున ప్రజలను కలుస్తూ
సీఎల్పీ నేత భట్టి విక్రమార్క పాదయాత్రలో దారి పొడవున ప్రజలకు అభివాదం చేశారు. రోడ్డు కిరువైపులున్న మహిళలను రైతులను కర్షకులను కార్మికులను ప్రయాణికులను కలిశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా వారి సమస్యలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. పాదయాత్ర ప్రారంభానికి ముందు శిబిరంలో ఖమ్మం జిల్లా జర్నలిస్టులు వచ్చి భట్టి విక్రమార్కకు పూల బొకే అందజేసి పాదయాత్ర విజయవంతం చేసినందుకు శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. జర్నలిస్టుల సమస్యలను కూడా పాదయాత్రలో ప్రస్తావించినందుకు కృతజ్ఞతలు చెప్పారు. జర్నలిస్టులకు ఇంటి స్థలాలు ఇప్పించడానికి కృషి చేయాలని కోరగా నాలుగు నెలల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి రాగానే రాష్ట్రంలో ఇల్లు లేని వారు ఉండకూడదని లక్ష్యంతో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పని చేస్తుందని వారికి హామీ ఇచ్చారు. ఇండ్లు లేనివారికి ఇండ్ల నిర్మాణం చేసి ఇవ్వడమేమొదటి ప్రాధాన్యతగా పెట్టుకుంటామని తెలిపారు . ర్యాలీలో హమాలీ కార్మికులు వారి సమస్యలు చెప్పగా వాటి పరిష్కారం కోసం కృషి చేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. భట్టి విక్రమార్క పాదయాత్రకు పీరల్స్ లో పనిచేస్తున్న సిబ్బంది ఖమ్మం రూరల్ పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ వద్దకు వచ్చి పెద్ద ఎత్తున భట్టి విక్రమార్క పాదయాత్రకు స్వాగతం పలికి సంఘీభావం తెలిపారు.

CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka’s People’s March padayatra made a grand entry into Khammam city on Saturday. Thousands of people followed him and the padayatra reached District Congress office Sanjeeva Reddy building in the morning. On this occasion, a special response was seen from the people. People took Brahmaratham for Bhatti March. YS Rajasekhar Reddy remembered the Padayatra in 2003. In a way, this trip has given life to the Congress…it has become a topic of discussion among the people. The People’s March captured the pulse of the people.
The 108th day People’s March Padayatra started from Kodada X Road and continued till Warangal X Road Munneru Bridge DCC Office Illandu X Road Sri Sri Centre. The people saluted the Jana Nayaka who walked for 108 days from Adilabad to Khammam without counting the red sun and stepped on the threshold of Khammam. From Kodada X Road, drum and drum artistes danced with gajje katti and the lids of the drums beat in the People’s March Padayatra rattled in Khammam Gummam. One dolu artists performed their tricks while female drum artists impressed everyone with their performances. In the padayatra, female children and older sisters participated in a large scale and competed to shake Bhatti’s hand. The city of Khammam was resounding with the slogans of Jai Congress.. Thousands of volunteers, Congress workers and fans followed the Brahmaratha at every step of the Bhatti Vikramarka Padayatra. People jumped to take photos and videos by standing on the dividers. The activists participated in the padayatra with utmost discipline without disrupting the traffic.
Meeting people along the way
CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka greeted people along the way. He met women, farmers, farmers, laborers and travelers on the roadside. On this occasion, they inquired about their problems. Before the start of the padayatra, journalists from Khammam district came to the camp and presented a bouquet of flowers to Bhatti Vikramarka and congratulated him for the success of the padayatra.
