దేశంలో నామపక్షాల భవిష్యత్తు ఏమిటన్న ప్రశ్న తరచూ వినిపిస్తున్నదని ఈ దేశ భవిష్యత్తే వామపక్షాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉందని నాలుగు ప్రధాన వామపక్షాల నేతలు స్పష్టం చేశారు చేశారు. దేశానికి నిజమైన రాక్షుకులం మేమేనని దేశ స్వతంత్ర పోరాటంలోనూ ఆ తరవాత జరిగిన కార్మిక కర్షక ఉద్యమాల్లో వామపక్షాల పాత్ర కాదనలేని సత్యమని అన్నారు . భారత రాజ్యాంగం ప్రజాస్వామ్యం మునుపెన్నడు లేనంత సంక్లిష్ట స్థితిని ఎదుర్కొంటున్నాయని ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్, బిజెపితో ఈ దేశంలో స్వేచ్ఛకు, హక్కులకు భంగం “కలుగుతుందని ‘సర్’ పేరుతో ఓటు హక్కును జనాభా లెక్కల పేరుతో అసలు జనాభా నుంచే తొలగించే కుట్రకు బిజెపి ప్రభుత్వం పూనుకుందన్నారు. ఐక్య ఉద్యమాలే ఫాసిస్టు శక్తులను అడ్డుకోగలవని వామపక్ష నేతలు పునర్దఘటించారు . ఈ దేశంలో మతోన్మాద శక్తులను నిలువరించగలిగే శక్తి కార్మిక వర్గం పక్షాన పోరాడగలిగే శక్తి ఆర్థిక అసమానతలు లేని కుల రహిత ఐసమాజాన్ని నిర్మించగలిగే శక్తి వామపక్షాలకే ఉందని భవిష్యత్ వామపక్షాలదేనని వారు స్పష్టం చేశారు. త్వరలో ఎన్నికలు జరగనున్న ఐదు రాష్ట్రాల్లో మతతత్వ శక్తులను ఎదుర్కొవడంతో పాటు కేరళలో వామపక్ష ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కాపాడుకుంటామని లెఫ్ట్ నేతలు తెలిపారు. ఈ దేశంలో గ్రామీణ ప్రాంత వ్యవసాయ కూలీల కోసం వామపక్షాల పోరాట ఫలితంగా వచ్చిన -మాహాత్మా గాంధీ జాతీయ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకాన్ని తొలగించేందుకు చేసే కుట్రలను అడ్డుకుంటామని వారు తెలిపారు. వామపక్ష ప్రజాతంత్ర లౌకిక శక్తులను కలుపుకుని ఈ దేశంలో -లౌకికవాదాన్ని ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని భారతరాజ్యాంగాన్ని కాపాడుకునేందుకు ఐక్య పోరాటాలకు సిద్ధం కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. భారత కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ వందేళ్ల సందర్భంగా సిపిఐ “ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన నేటి భారతదేశం వామపక్షాల ముందున్న సవాళ్లు అనే అంశంపై మంగళవారం స్థానిక ఎస్ఆర్ గార్డెన్స్ లో నిర్వహించిన సెమినార్ భారత రాజకీయాలు వామపక్షాల ముందున్న సవాళ్లు అన్న అంశంపై మాట్లాడరు .
ఈ సెమినార్ కు సిసిఐ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి కూనంనేని సాంబశివరావు అధ్యక్షత వహించగా సిపిఐ జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి డి. రాజా, సిసిఎం ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి ఎంఏ బేబీ, సిపిఐ (ఎంఎల్) లేబరేషన్ జాతీయ కార్యదర్శి దీపాంకర్ భట్టాచార్య, ఆలిండియా ఫార్వర్డ్ బ్లాక్ జాతీయ కార్యదర్శి జి. దేవరాజన్, తెలంగాణ ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి ముల్లు భట్టివిక్రమార్కలు ప్రసంగించారు. సెమినారన్ ను ప్రారంభించిన డి. రాజా మాట్లాడుతూ భారత కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ రాజకీయంగా ప్రజల పక్షాన పోరాడుతూ వందేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్నదన్నారు. చంద్ర రాజేశ్వరరావు, నీలం రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి, దాసరి నాగభూషణరావు, గిరిప్రసాద్, రావి నారాయణరెడ్డి, పుచ్చలపల్లి సుందరయ్య, బసవపున్నయ్య లాంటి ఎందరో యోధులు కమ్యూనిస్టు పార్టీ బలోపేతం కోసం కృషి చేశారన్నారు. సాయుధ పోరాటం దేశ చరిత్రలో సువర్ణ అధ్యయమన్నారు. వలస పాలనకు వ్యతిరేకంగా సంపూర్ణ స్వతంత్రం కోసం పోరాడిన ఏకైక పార్టీ సిపిఐ -మాత్రమేనన్నారు. ఈ దేశ స్వాతంత్య్ర పోరాటం మొదలు ఇప్పటి వరకు ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్, బిజెపిలకు ఎటువంటి స్థానం లేదని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ వలస వాదులతో రాజీపడ్డారని రాజా ఆరోపించారు. కమ్యూనిస్టులు మాత్రమే స్వాతంత్య్ర పోరాటంలో హత్యకు గురికాబడ్డారని, నిర్బంధాలకు గురయ్యారని ఆయన తెలిపారు. 1925లో పార్టీ ఆవిర్భావించినప్పుడు బ్రిటిష్ రాజ్యం ఉంటే ఇప్పుడు వందేళ్ల తర్వాత బిజెపి రాజ్యం నడుస్తుందన్నారు. బిజెపి భారత రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను, లౌకికవాదాన్ని తుంగలో తొక్కుతుందని ఆరోపించారు. అంబేద్కర్ రచించిన రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చడానికి చరిత్రను వక్రీకరించడానికి బిజెపి ప్రయత్నిస్తుందన్నారు. కేవలం ఆర్థిక పోరాటాలే కాకుండా సామాజిక వివక్షపై కూడా కమ్యూనిస్టులు పోరాడాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని రాజా పిలుపునిచ్చారు. అంబేడ్కర్ ఆశించిన కుల నిర్మూలన దిశగా కృషి జరగాలని ఈ దేశంలో ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో వామపక్షాల ముందు మూడు ప్రధానమైన సవాళ్లు ఉన్నాయన్నారు. ఒకటి మతం, రెండు ఆర్థిక అసమానతలు, మూడు కుల నిర్మూలన అని వీటన్నింటిని ఒక పక్క రాజకీయంగా, మరో పక్క ప్రజలను “చైతన్యపరుస్తూ ఎదుర్కొవాలన్నారు. భారతదేశం అనేక రాష్ట్రాల సమ్మేళనమని కానీ ఇప్పుడు ఆ ఫెడరల్ వ్యవస్థకు బిజెపి తూట్లు పోడుస్తూ రాష్ట్రాల హక్కులను హరించివేస్తుందని రాజా ఆరోపించారు. ఆధునిక యుగంలో సైతం శ్రామికశక్తి కొత్త సవాళ్లను ఎదుర్కొంటుందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. పెట్టుబడిదారి విధానం ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా ఒక సంక్లిష్ట స్థితిని ఎదుర్కొంటూ సంక్షోభంలో ఉందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. త్వరలో జరగబోయే కేరళ, పశ్చిమబెంగాల్, తమిళనాడు, పుదుచ్చేరి, అస్సాం ఎన్నికల్లో వామపక్షాలు ప్రస్తుత కేరళ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కాపాడుకుంటూనే మిగిలిన రాష్ట్రాల్లో బలపడాలన్నారు. ఉమ్యూనిస్టులు ఐలంగా ఉంటేనే రైతులు, వ్యవసాయ కూలీలు, కార్మిక వర్గం, మహిళలు, సబ్బండ వర్గాల ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాలు ఐసురక్షితంగా ఉంటాయని రాజా స్పష్టం చేశారు. వామపక్షాల ఐక్యతే సరైన ప్రత్యామ్నాయమని ఆ దిశగా కలిసి పనిచేస్తామని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
పార్లమెంటును అస్థిపంజరంగా మార్చిన బిజెపి బేబీ
నరేంద్ర మోడీ నేతృత్వంలోని బిజేపి ప్రభుత్వం పార్లమెంటును అస్థిపంజరంగా మార్చిందని పార్లమెంటుకు వెలుపలే నిర్ణయాలు జరిగిపోతున్నాయని సిపిఐ (ఎం) జాతీయ ప్రధాన -కార్యదర్శి ఎంఏ బేబీ తెలిపారు. రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను బిజెపి తుంగలో తొక్కి ఫాసిస్టు విధానాలను అమలు చేస్తుందని ఫాసిస్టు ఆర్ఎస్ఎస్ చేతిలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కీలుబొమ్మగా -మారిందని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు, సెమినార్లో బేబీ మాట్లాడుతూ 2026 తర్వాత జరిగే నియోజక వర్గాల పునర్ విభజనలో దక్షిణ భారత రాష్ట్రాల ప్రాతినిథ్యాన్ని తగ్గించి ఉత్తర -భారతదేశంలో మూడింట రెండు వంతులు మెజార్టీని సాధించి భారత రాజ్యాంగాన్ని సమూలంగా మార్చాలని బిజెపి కలలు కంటుందని ఇది ఈ దేశంలో అతి పెద్ద కుట్ర అని బేబీ -అభివర్ణించారు. ఇప్పటికే ఓటర్ల జాబితా నుండి బిజెపి వ్యతిరేక వర్గాలను తొలగిస్తున్నారని బీహార్ సహా అనేక రాష్ట్రాల్లో లక్షలాది ఓట్లను తొలగించారని ఆయన తెలిపారు. స్పెషల్ ఇంటెన్సీవ్ రివిజన్ పేరుతో బిజెపి తొలగింపు ప్రక్రియను చేపట్టిందని కానీ అది స్పెషల్ ఇంటెన్సీవ్ రిమూవల్ ప్రక్రియగా మారిపోయిందని ఆయన ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. మహాత్మా గాంధీ జాతీయ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకానికి ఇప్పటికే తూట్లు పొడిచిందని భవిష్యత్తులో జాతీయ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకాన్ని లేకుండా చేయాలని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నిస్తుందన్నారు. రాంజీ పేరుతో “కొత్త పథకానికి రూపకల్పన చేసి గాంధీని మరిపించాలని అదే సమయంలో నిధుల కేటాయింపును తగ్గించి రాష్ట్రాలపై రుద్దే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తుందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. మావోయిస్టు పార్టీతో వామపక్షాలకు విబేధాలు ఉన్నాయని కానీ ఎన్ కౌంటర్ల పేరుతో కాల్చి చంపడాన్ని నాగరిక సమాజం అంగీకరించదని బేబీ తెలిపారు. చర్చల ద్వారా పరిష్కరించుకోవాలని రాజ్యం చేస్తున్న “హత్యలు సరైనవి కావన్నారు. భారత ప్రధాని దేశ ప్రయోజనాల కంటే అమెరికా, ఇజ్రాయిల్ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం పనిచేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. వామపక్షాలు మత ఉన్మాదానికి -వ్యతిరేకం కానీ మతానికి కాదన్నారు. ఫాసిస్టు శక్తుల తప్పుడు ప్రచారాలను తిప్పికొట్టాలని వామపక్షాలు లేని భారతదేశాన్ని ఊహించుకోలేమని వామపక్షాలే దేశ భవిష్యత్తు అని, సవాళ్లను ఎదుర్కొని సరికొత్త సమాజం వైపు అడుగులు వేస్తామని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
దేశ సంపద కార్పొరేట్లకు దారాదత్తం: దీపాంకర్
దేశ సంపదను కార్పొరేట్ శక్తులకు దారాదత్తం చేస్తున్నారని బిజెపి ప్రభుత్వం అంబానీ, అదానీ లాంటి కార్పొరేట్ ప్రయోజనాల కోసమే పని చేస్తుందని సిపిఐఎంఎల్ లేబరేషన్ జాతీయ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి దీపాంకర్ భట్టాచార్య ఆరోపించారు. రక్షణ, అణుశక్తి రంగాలను కూడా ప్రైవేటీకరించడం వెనక కార్పొరేట్ శక్తుల ఒత్తిడే కారణమని ఆయన తెలిపారు. బిజెపి ఓట్ల -తొలగింపు ప్రక్రియ వెనక అతిపెద్ద కుట్ర ఉందని తమకు ఇష్టం లేని లేదా బడుగు, బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన ఓట్లను తొలగిస్తూపోతున్నారని చివరకు ఈ దేశంలో సంపన్న వర్గాలు బిజెపి అనుకూల మతతత్వ శక్తులకే ఓట్లు మిగులుతాయన్నారు. ఒక్క బెంగాల్లోనే 60 లక్షల ఓట్లను తొలగించారని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు. హిట్లర్ తొలుత ఎన్నికల ద్వారానే అధికారంలోకి వచ్చారని తర్వాత రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చి నియంతగా మారాడని ఇప్పుడు మోడీ పలుకుతున్న ఒకే దేశం ఒకే నాయకుడు ఒకే పార్టీ ఆలోచన కూడా హిట్లర్ లాంటిదేనని భట్టాచార్య ఆరోపించారు. ఈ దేశంలో పౌర హక్కులు రానురాను ప్రమాదంలో పడుతున్నాయని మైనార్టీలకు రక్షణ కరువైందని ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులు చూస్తుంటే భవిష్యత్తులో సొంత ఇండ్లలోనూ ప్రార్థనలు చేసుకునే అవకాశం ఉండక పోవచ్చునని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. మత ఉన్మాదాన్ని రెచ్చగొట్టడం ద్వారా సొమ్ము చేసుకోవాలని ఫాసిస్టు శక్తులు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయన్నారు. ప్రజా సమస్యలే ఎజెండాగా వామపక్షాలు పనిచేయాలని సంఘటిత అసంఘటిత కార్మిక వర్గంతో పాటు రైతులు, మహిళలు, ఉద్యోగులు అందరిని కలుపుకుని ఒక ఐక్య ఉద్యమానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టాలన్నారు. ప్రజా సమస్యలే ఎజెండాగా ముందుకు సాగాలని ఫాసిజం ఇప్పటికే విస్తరిస్తున్నడని ఈ విస్తరణను అడ్డుకుని ఎదురు నిలవాలని ఆయన తెలిపారు. 1925లో ఐసిఐ ఆవిర్భావం నాటి స్పూర్తిని మళ్లీ రగిలించాలని అప్పుడే ఈ దేశంలో ప్రజలు సుఖ సంతోషాలతో ఉంటారని దీపాంకర్ తెలిపారు. ప్రజాస్వామ్య అవకాశాలను కూడా ఐక్యతతో ఐసద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
మారని, మాసిపోని సిద్ధాంతం కమ్యూనిజం : దేవరాజన్
మారిపోని మాసిపోని సిద్ధాంతం కమ్యూనిజమని మారుతున్న కాలానికి అనుగుణంగా పనిచేయడం ద్వారా అద్భుత విజయాలను సాధించవచ్చునని అఖిల భారత ఫార్వర్డ్ బ్లాక్ జాతీయ -ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి జి. దేవరాజన్ తెలిపారు. పెరిగిన శాస్త్ర సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని వామపక్షాలు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని వామపక్షాలన్ని కేంద్రీకృతమై ఒక ఎజెండాతో పనిచేసినప్పుడు. సత్ఫలితాలు వస్తాయన్నాడు. సెక్యులర్ శక్తులతో కలిసి పనిచేసేటప్పుడు కూడా వామపక్ష ఐక్యతను ప్రదర్శించాలని ఆయన తెలిపారు. సిపిఐ వందేళ్ల ప్రస్థానం ఈ దేశానికి ఒక దిక్సూచిగా నిలిచిందని ఈ దేశంలో పొలాల్లో పనిచేసే రైతులు, కూలీల దగ్గర నుంచి కార్మికుల వరకు అన్ని వర్గాల పక్షాన నిలిచిన చరిత్ర వామపక్షాలడన్నారు. ఫాసిజం ఆర్థిక దోపిడీ లాంటి ప్రమాదకర ఘటనలను వామపక్షాలు సరైన రీతిలో ఎదుర్కొవాలన్నారు. ప్రజా పోరాటాలు ఐక్యతతో పాటు ఎన్నికల్లోనూ ఐక్యత సత్ ఫలితాలను ఇస్తుందన్నారు. ఈ దేశ భవిష్యత్తు మతోన్మాద శక్తులది. సంపన్న వర్గాలది కాదని వామపక్షాలు కోరుకుంటున్న వర్గ రహిత సమాజ నిర్మాణమేనని దేవరాజన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Expressed concern that democracy is in danger.

Emphasized the commitment to working towards the establishment of a classless, egalitarian society.
The leaders of the four major Left parties clarified that while the question of the future of the Left in the country is frequently raised, the future of the country itself depends on the Left. They asserted that they are the true protectors of the nation and that the role of the Left in the country’s freedom struggle and in the subsequent workers’ and farmers’ movements is an undeniable truth. The RSS and BJP are posing an unprecedented threat to democracy in India, and are undermining freedom and rights in the country. The BJP government is conspiring to remove voting rights under the guise of ‘Sir’ and to exclude the actual population from the census, left-wing leaders stated. They reiterated that only united movements can stop the fascist forces. They asserted that the left-wing parties alone possess the strength to stop the communal forces in this country, the strength to fight for the working class, and the strength to build a casteless society without economic inequalities, and that the future belongs to the left. The left leaders stated that they will confront the communal forces in the five states where elections are soon to be held, and will also protect the left-wing government in Kerala. They said that they will thwart the conspiracies to abolish the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, which was a result of the left’s struggle for agricultural laborers in rural areas of this country. They called for united struggles to protect secularism, democracy, and the Indian Constitution by bringing together left-wing, democratic, and secular forces in the country. This was discussed at a seminar organized by the CPI on Tuesday at the local SR Gardens, on the occasion of the centenary of the Communist Party of India, on the topic of “Contemporary India and the Challenges Before the Left,” where they spoke on the challenges facing Indian politics and the left. The seminar was presided over by CPI Telangana State Secretary Koonamneni Sambasiva Rao, and addressed by CPI National General Secretary D. Raja, CPI(M) General Secretary M.A. Baby, CPI (ML) Liberation National Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, All India Forward Bloc National Secretary G. Devarajan, and Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.
Inaugurating the seminar, D. Raja stated that the Communist Party of India has completed one hundred years of politically fighting on behalf of the people. He said that many heroes like Chandra Rajeshwara Rao, Neelam Rajasekhar Reddy, Dasari Nagabhushana Rao, Giriprasad, Ravi Narayana Reddy, Puchalapalli Sundarayya, and Basavapunnaiah worked for the strengthening of the Communist Party. He described the armed struggle as a golden chapter in the country’s history. He said that the CPI was the only party that fought against colonial rule for complete independence. He clarified that the RSS and BJP have had no place in the country’s freedom struggle from its beginning until now. Raja alleged that the RSS compromised with the colonialists. He stated that only communists were killed and subjected to repression during the freedom struggle. He said that when the party was formed in 1925, the British ruled, but now, a hundred years later, the BJP is in power. He alleged that the BJP is trampling on the values of the Indian Constitution and secularism. He said that the BJP is trying to change the Constitution written by Ambedkar and distort history. Raja called upon the communists to fight not only against economic struggles but also against social discrimination. He said that efforts should be made towards the eradication of caste as envisioned by Ambedkar, and that in the current circumstances of this country, the left-wing parties face three major challenges. He said that issues such as religion, economic inequalities, and caste eradication must be addressed politically on one hand, and by raising awareness among the people on the other. Raja alleged that India is a union of many states, but now the BJP is undermining this federal system and snatching away the rights of the states. He stated that even in the modern era, the workforce is facing new challenges. He said that the capitalist system is facing a complex situation globally and is in crisis. He said that in the upcoming elections in Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Assam, the Left parties should protect the current Kerala government while strengthening their position in the other states. Raja clarified that the interests of farmers, agricultural laborers, the working class, women, and all sections of society will be protected only if the communists are united. He said that the unity of the Left parties is the right alternative and that they will work together in that direction.
BJP has turned Parliament into a skeleton: M.A. Baby
CPI(M) National General Secretary M.A. Baby said that the BJP government led by Narendra Modi has turned Parliament into a skeleton, and decisions are being made outside of Parliament. He alleged that the BJP is trampling on constitutional values and implementing fascist policies, and that the central government has become a puppet in the hands of the fascist RSS. Speaking at the seminar, Baby said that in the delimitation of constituencies after 2026, the representation of South Indian states will be reduced, and two-thirds of the representation will be given to North India. The BJP is dreaming of securing a two-thirds majority to fundamentally change the Indian Constitution, and this is the biggest conspiracy in this country.He stated that anti-BJP groups are already being removed from the voters’ list, and that millions of votes have been removed in several states, including Bihar. He mocked that the BJP had undertaken the removal process under the name of “Special Intensive Revision,” but it had turned into a “Special Intensive Removal” process. He said that the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGS) has already been undermined, and the central government is trying to eliminate the scheme altogether in the future. He stated that the government is trying to create a “new scheme” in the name of Ramji to make people forget about Gandhi, while simultaneously reducing funding and imposing the burden on the states. Baby stated that while the Left parties have differences with the Maoist party, a civilized society cannot accept killing people in the name of encounters. He said that the “murders” committed by the state should be resolved through negotiations. He alleged that the Indian Prime Minister is working for the interests of the US and Israel rather than the interests of the country. He said that the Left parties are against religious fanaticism, but not against religion itself. He stated that the Left parties will counter the false propaganda of fascist forces, that a India without the Left is unimaginable, that the Left is the future of the country, and that they will face the challenges and move towards a new society.
National Wealth Being Handed Over to Corporations: Dipankar
CPI(ML) Liberation National General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya alleged that the BJP government is handing over the nation’s wealth to corporate forces and is working solely for the interests of corporations like Ambani and Adani. He stated that the pressure from corporate forces is behind the privatization of even the defense and nuclear energy sectors. He alleged that there is a huge conspiracy behind the BJP’s voter deletion process, and that they are systematically removing the votes of those they dislike or those belonging to the poor and weaker sections. He claimed that ultimately, only the votes of the wealthy classes and BJP-friendly communal forces will remain in this country. He alleged that 60 lakh votes have been deleted in Bengal alone. Bhattacharya alleged that Hitler initially came to power through elections, then changed the constitution and became a dictator, and that Modi’s current idea of ’one nation, one leader, one party’ is also similar to Hitler’s. He opined that civil rights in this country are increasingly under threat, that minorities lack protection, and that given the current circumstances, there might not even be an opportunity to offer prayers in one’s own home in the future. He said that fascist forces are trying to profit by inciting religious fanaticism. He called upon the left parties to work with people’s issues as their agenda and to initiate a united movement by bringing together organized and unorganized workers, farmers, women, and employees. He stated that the agenda should be based on public issues, that fascism is already spreading, and that this expansion must be stopped and resisted. Deepankar said that the spirit of the CPI’s founding in 1925 should be rekindled, and only then will the people of this country live in peace and happiness. He also stated that democratic opportunities should be utilized effectively through unity.
Communism is an unchanging and enduring ideology: Devarajan
All India Forward Bloc National General Secretary G. Devarajan stated that communism is an enduring and unchanging ideology, and that remarkable successes can be achieved by working in accordance with the changing times. He said that the left parties should make good use of the increased scientific and technological knowledge, and that positive results will be achieved when all left parties work together with a unified agenda. देश में नाम की पार्टियों का भविष्य क्या है, यह सवाल अक्सर पूछा जाता है और चारों मुख्य लेफ्ट पार्टियों के लीडरों ने यह साफ़ कर दिया कि इस देश का भविष्य लेफ्ट पार्टियों पर निर्भर करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि हम ही देश के असली रक्षक हैं और देश की आज़ादी की लड़ाई और उसके बाद हुए मज़दूर और किसान आंदोलनों में लेफ्ट पार्टियों का रोल एक ऐसा सच है जिसे नकारा नहीं जा सकता। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय संविधान और डेमोक्रेसी एक ऐसे हालात का सामना कर रहे हैं जो पहले कभी नहीं हुआ, साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि इस देश में RSS और BJP आज़ादी और अधिकारों का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं। BJP सरकार ने ‘सर’ और सेंसस के नाम पर असली आबादी से वोटिंग का अधिकार छीनने की साज़िश की है। लेफ्ट नेताओं ने दोहराया कि सिर्फ़ एकजुट आंदोलन ही फ़ासिस्ट ताकतों को रोक सकते हैं। उन्होंने साफ़ किया कि सिर्फ़ लेफ्ट पार्टियों में ही इस देश में कम्युनल ताकतों को रोकने की ताकत है, मज़दूर वर्ग की तरफ़ से लड़ने की ताकत है, और आर्थिक असमानताओं के बिना जाति-मुक्त समाज बनाने की ताकत है। लेफ्ट नेताओं ने कहा कि वे उन पाँच राज्यों में कम्युनल ताकतों का सामना करेंगे जहाँ जल्द ही चुनाव होने वाले हैं और केरल में लेफ्ट सरकार को भी बचाएँगे। उन्होंने कहा कि वे महात्मा गांधी नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट गारंटी स्कीम को हटाने की साज़िशों को नाकाम करेंगे, जो इस देश में ग्रामीण खेत मज़दूरों के लिए लेफ्ट के संघर्ष का नतीजा थी। लेफ्ट डेमोक्रेटिक सेक्युलर ताकतों को एक साथ लाकर इस देश में सेक्युलरिज़्म स्थापित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने डेमोक्रेसी और भारतीय राज्य को बचाने के लिए एकजुट संघर्षों का आह्वान किया। भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की सौवीं सालगिरह के मौके पर, CPI द्वारा “आज के भारत में लेफ्ट के सामने चुनौतियाँ” विषय पर मंगलवार को स्थानीय SR गार्डन में एक सेमिनार आयोजित किया गया।
सेमिनार की अध्यक्षता CCI तेलंगाना राज्य सचिव कुनामनेनी संबाशिव राव ने की, जबकि CPI राष्ट्रीय महासचिव डी. राजा, CCM महासचिव एमए बेबी, CPI (ML) लेबर राष्ट्रीय सचिव दीपांकर भट्टाचार्य, ऑल इंडिया फॉरवर्ड ब्लॉक राष्ट्रीय सचिव जी. देवराजन और तेलंगाना के उप मुख्यमंत्री मुल्लू भट्टिविक्रमकालू ने सेमिनार को संबोधित किया। सेमिनार का उद्घाटन करते हुए डी. राजा ने कहा कि भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ने राजनीतिक रूप से लोगों के लिए लड़ते हुए सौ साल पूरे कर लिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि चंद्र राजेश्वर राव, नीलम राजशेखर रेड्डी, दसारी नागभूषण राव, गिरिप्रसाद, रवि नारायण रेड्डी, पुचलपल्ली सुंदरैया, बसवपुन्नैया जैसे कई योद्धाओं ने कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी को मजबूत करने के लिए काम किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सशस्त्र संघर्ष देश के इतिहास का एक सुनहरा अध्याय है। उन्होंने कहा कि CPI एकमात्र ऐसी पार्टी है जिसने औपनिवेशिक शासन के खिलाफ पूरी आजादी के लिए लड़ाई लड़ी। उन्होंने साफ किया कि इस देश के स्वतंत्रता संघर्ष में अब तक RSS और BJP का कोई स्थान नहीं है। राजा ने RSS पर उपनिवेशवादियों के साथ समझौता करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि आज़ादी की लड़ाई में सिर्फ़ कम्युनिस्ट ही मारे गए और जेल गए। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर पार्टी 1925 में बनी थी, तो ब्रिटिश राज था, अब सौ साल बाद BJP का राज चल रहा है। उन्होंने BJP पर भारतीय संविधान और सेक्युलरिज़्म की वैल्यूज़ को रौंदने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि BJP अंबेडकर के लिखे संविधान को बदलने के लिए इतिहास को तोड़-मरोड़कर पेश करने की कोशिश कर रही है। राजा ने कम्युनिस्टों से न सिर्फ़ आर्थिक संघर्षों बल्कि सामाजिक भेदभाव से भी लड़ने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस देश के मौजूदा हालात में लेफ्ट पार्टियों के सामने तीन मुख्य चैलेंज हैं, जिसमें अंबेडकर की चाहत के मुताबिक जाति को खत्म करने की दिशा में काम करने की ज़रूरत भी शामिल है। एक है धर्म, दो है आर्थिक गैर-बराबरी, और तीन है जाति को खत्म करना। इन सभी का सामना एक तरफ़ राजनीतिक तौर पर और दूसरी तरफ़ लोगों को “जागरूकता” से करना चाहिए। राजा ने आरोप लगाया कि भारत कई राज्यों का एक यूनियन है, लेकिन अब BJP उस फ़ेडरल सिस्टम को खत्म कर रही है और राज्यों के अधिकार छीन रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि मॉडर्न ज़माने में भी वर्कफ़ोर्स को नई चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कैपिटलिस्ट सिस्टम पूरी दुनिया में मुश्किल हालात का सामना कर रहा है और संकट में है। केरल, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, पुडुचेरी और असम में होने वाले आने वाले चुनावों में लेफ्ट पार्टियों को मौजूदा केरल सरकार को बचाते हुए बाकी राज्यों में मजबूत होना चाहिए। राजा ने साफ किया कि किसानों, खेतिहर मजदूरों, वर्किंग क्लास, महिलाओं और निचले तबके के लोगों के हित तभी सुरक्षित रहेंगे जब कम्युनिस्ट एकजुट होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों की एकता ही सही विकल्प है और वे इस दिशा में मिलकर काम करेंगे।
BJP बेबी जिसने पार्लियामेंट को कंकाल बना दिया
नरेंद्र मोदी की लीडरशिप वाली BJP सरकार CPI(M) के नेशनल जनरल सेक्रेटरी एमए बेबी ने कहा कि पार्लियामेंट कंकाल बनकर रह गई है और फैसले पार्लियामेंट के बाहर लिए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि BJP संवैधानिक मूल्यों को रौंद रही है और फासीवादी नीतियां लागू कर रही है और केंद्र सरकार फासीवादी RSS के हाथों की कठपुतली बन गई है। सेमिनार में बोलते हुए बेबी ने कहा कि BJP 2026 के बाद चुनाव क्षेत्रों के डिलिमिटेशन में दक्षिण भारतीय राज्यों का रिप्रेजेंटेशन कम करके और उत्तर भारत में दो-तिहाई बहुमत हासिल करके भारतीय संविधान को पूरी तरह बदलने का सपना देख रही है। यह इस देश की सबसे बड़ी साज़िश है। उन्होंने कहा कि BJP विरोधी ग्रुप्स को पहले ही वोटर लिस्ट से हटाया जा रहा है और बिहार समेत कई राज्यों में लाखों वोट हटाए जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि BJP ने स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन के नाम पर हटाने का प्रोसेस शुरू किया था, लेकिन यह स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिमूवल प्रोसेस बन गया। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार पहले ही महात्मा गांधी नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट गारंटी स्कीम को खत्म कर चुकी है और भविष्य में नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट गारंटी स्कीम को खत्म करने की कोशिश कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि वे “रामजी के नाम पर एक नई स्कीम डिज़ाइन करने और गांधी को भूलने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, जबकि साथ ही फंड का एलोकेशन कम करके इसे राज्यों पर थोप रहे हैं।” बेबी ने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों के माओवादी पार्टी से मतभेद हैं, लेकिन एक सभ्य समाज एनकाउंटर के नाम पर गोली चलाना और मारना स्वीकार नहीं करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा की जा रही “हत्याओं” को बातचीत से सुलझाया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने भारत के प्रधानमंत्री पर देश के हितों के बजाय अमेरिका और इज़राइल के हितों के लिए काम करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियां धार्मिक कट्टरता के खिलाफ हैं – लेकिन धर्म के नहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट के बिना भारत की कल्पना नहीं की जा सकती, लेफ्ट ही देश का भविष्य है, और हम चुनौतियों का सामना करेंगे और एक नए समाज की ओर कदम बढ़ाएंगे।
देश की संपत्ति कॉर्पोरेट्स को दी जा रही है: दीपांकर
CPIML लेबर के नेशनल जनरल सेक्रेटरी दीपांकर भट्टाचार्य ने BJP सरकार पर देश की संपत्ति कॉर्पोरेट ताकतों को देने और सिर्फ अंबानी और अडानी जैसे कॉर्पोरेट्स के हितों के लिए काम करने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि कॉर्पोरेट ताकतों का दबाव ही प्राइवेटाइजेशन का कारण है। डिफेंस और न्यूक्लियर एनर्जी सेक्टर के। उन्होंने कहा कि BJP के वोट हटाने के प्रोसेस के पीछे एक बड़ी साज़िश है, उन्होंने कहा कि वे उन निचले और कमज़ोर तबकों के वोट हटा रहे हैं जिन्हें वे पसंद नहीं करते, और आखिर में इस देश में अमीर तबकों के वोट BJP समर्थक सांप्रदायिक ताकतों के पास रह जाएंगे। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि अकेले बंगाल में 60 लाख वोट हटा दिए गए। भट्टाचार्य ने आरोप लगाया कि हिटलर पहले चुनावों के ज़रिए सत्ता में आया और फिर संविधान बदलकर तानाशाह बन गया, और अब मोदी का एक देश, एक नेता, एक पार्टी का आइडिया भी हिटलर जैसा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस देश में नागरिक अधिकारों पर दिन-ब-दिन खतरा मंडरा रहा है और अल्पसंख्यकों की सुरक्षा नहीं हो रही है, और भविष्य में, शायद अपने घर में भी प्रार्थना करने का मौका न मिले। उन्होंने कहा कि फासीवादी ताकतें धार्मिक कट्टरता को भड़काकर पैसा बनाने की कोशिश कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों को जनता के मुद्दों को एजेंडा बनाकर काम करना चाहिए और संगठित और असंगठित मज़दूर वर्ग के साथ-साथ किसानों, महिलाओं और कर्मचारियों को शामिल करके एक एकजुट आंदोलन शुरू करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि फासीवाद को जनता के मुद्दों के साथ आगे बढ़ना चाहिए। एजेंडा के तौर पर इसे रोका जाना चाहिए और इसका विरोध किया जाना चाहिए। दीपांकर ने कहा कि 1925 में ICI के बनने की भावना को फिर से जगाना चाहिए, तभी इस देश के लोग खुश और आनंदित होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि डेमोक्रेसी के मौकों का भी एकता के साथ इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।
कम्युनिज्म एक कभी न बदलने वाली, कभी न मिटने वाली आइडियोलॉजी है: देवराजन
ऑल इंडिया फॉरवर्ड ब्लॉक के नेशनल जनरल सेक्रेटरी जी. देवराजन ने कहा कि कम्युनिज्म एक कभी न बदलने वाली, कभी न मिटने वाली आइडियोलॉजी है और बदलते समय के हिसाब से काम करके हम बड़ी सफलताएं हासिल कर सकते हैं। लेफ्ट पार्टियों को बढ़े हुए साइंटिफिक और टेक्नोलॉजिकल ज्ञान का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए और जब सभी लेफ्ट पार्टियां एक एजेंडा के साथ काम करेंगी, तो अच्छे नतीजे आएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों को सेक्युलर ताकतों के साथ काम करते हुए एकता भी दिखानी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि CPI के 100 साल के शासन ने इस देश के लिए एक दिशा दिखाने का काम किया है और लेफ्ट पार्टियों का इतिहास रहा है कि वे किसानों और खेतों में काम करने वाले मजदूरों से लेकर समाज के सभी वर्गों के साथ खड़ी रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों को दक्षिणपंथ में फासीवाद और आर्थिक शोषण जैसी खतरनाक घटनाओं का सामना करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि लोगों के संघर्षों में एकता के साथ-साथ चुनावों में एकता से अच्छे नतीजे मिलेंगे। देवराजन ने साफ किया कि इस देश का भविष्य सांप्रदायिक ताकतों का है। यह अमीर लोगों का नहीं, बल्कि उस बिना वर्ग वाले समाज का है जिसे लेफ्ट चाहता है। CPI के नेशनल सेक्रेटरी पल्ला वेंकट रेड्डी, -अहुथुला को मंच पर बुलाया गया। इस सेमिनार में CPI के नेशनल सेक्रेटरी अमरजीत कौर, गिरीश शर्मा, रामकृष्ण पांडे, संजय कुमार, के. प्रकाश बाबू, पल्लवसेन गुप्ता, के. रामकृष्ण और दूसरे लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया।
