గత రెండు టర్మలుగా 2014 ,2018 ఖమ్మం ప్రజలు దీవించి ఎమ్మెల్యేగా గె గెలించారని అన్నారు .ప్రజలు నమ్మకాన్ని వమ్ము చేయకుండా 9 సంవత్సరాలుగా ఖమ్మం ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ప్రజల సంక్షేమమే ద్యేయంగా , అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యంగా పనిచేశాననే సంతృప్తి మిగిలిందని మంత్రి పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్ అన్నారు … ఇది తనకు దొరికిన అరుదైన అవకాశమని అన్నారు . తిరిగి సీఎం కేసీఆర్ ప్రకటించిన లిస్టులో తన పేరు ప్రకటించడం సంతోషంగా ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు తనపై విశ్వాసం ఉంచిన సీఎం కేసీఆర్ కు మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ కు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలుపుతున్నట్లు చెప్పారు .ఖమ్మం నుంచి తిరిగి పోటీచేస్తున్న తనను మూడవసారి దీవించి గెలిపించి మరింత అభివృద్ధి చేసే అవకాశం కల్పించాలని పువ్వాడ ఖమ్మం ప్రజలను కోరారు.

తనకు కేసీఆర్ తనమంత్రివర్గంలో చేర్చుకొని ఖమ్మంకు ఏది కావాలంటే అది ఇచ్చారని ,అందువల్ల నేడు ఖమ్మం అన్ని రంగాల్లో అద్భుతంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందని సగర్వంగా చెప్పగలనని పువ్వాడ అన్నారు .కేసీఆర్ ఏ పని అప్పగించిన దాన్ని శిరసావహించి అమలు చేశానని ఉద్ఘాటించారు . ఎంపీ, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల్లో బీఆర్ యస్ అభ్యర్థులను గెలిపించేందుకు కృషిచేశాని అన్నారు .ఎంపీ నామ ఎన్నిక, తర్వాత ఎమ్మెల్సీలు పల్లా రాజేశ్వర్ రెడ్డి , తాతా మధు ఎన్నికల్లో తన పాత్రను కేసీఆర్ ,కేటీఆర్ అభినందించారని అది నాజీవితంలో మరిచిపోలేనిది అన్నారు .ఖమ్మం అభివృద్ధికి ఎప్పడు నిధులు కాదనలేదని అన్నారు .దానికి తగ్గట్లుగానే ఖమ్మం అభివృద్ధి రాష్ట్రానికి రోల్ మోడల్ గా మారిందని అన్నారు . అందువల్లనే కేసీఆర్ , కేటీఆర్ ఎక్కడ చెప్పిన ఖమ్మం అభివృద్ధిని చూసి రమ్మని అధికారులకు , ప్రజాప్రతినిధులకు చెప్పడం, వారిని పంపించడం తనకు గర్వకారణం అని పువ్వాడ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు . ఈసారి గెలిపిస్తే మరోసారి పువ్వాడ అజయ్ అవసరం ఉండకూడని అన్నారు .

దేశానికి స్వాతంత్రం వచ్చి 76 సంవత్సరాలు అయింది. కాంగ్రెస్ ,తెలుగు దేశం పార్టీలు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాయి.కానీ ఖమ్మం నుంచి గెలిచినా ఎవరు మంత్రి కాలేదు …కేసీఆర్ మంత్రివర్గంలో నాకు చోటు లభించడం ఖమ్మం ప్రజలు చేసుకున్న అదృష్టం ..తనకు వచ్చిన అవకాశాన్ని ఖమ్మం అభివృద్ధికి నాశక్తి వంచనలేకుడా పనిచేశాను …ఖమ్మం రూపు రేకలు మార్చేందుకు సీఎం ఇచ్చిన సహకారం మరవలేనిది … ఇప్పటికే ఖమ్మం అభివృద్ధికి 2 వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలతో అభివృద్ధి చేశాం .మరో 9 వందల కోట్లు రాబోతున్నాయి. మున్నేరు రిటైనింగ్ వాల్ ,మున్నేరు పాతబ్రిడ్జి పక్కనే కొత్తగా కేబులు రూ 180 కోట్లతో బ్రిడ్జి ఏర్పాటు చేయడం జరుగుతుందని అన్నారు …

రేపు జరగబోయే ఎన్నికల్లో ఖమ్మం ప్రజలు దీవించి గెలిపిస్తే మిగిలిన ప్రజల అవసరాలు తీర్చుతానని అన్నారు . అందుకు అందరి సహకారం అవసరమన్నారు . ఎవరైనా ఊహించారా …ఖమ్మం ఇంతగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుందని కాల్వలు , డ్రైన్లు , డివైడర్లు , సెంట్రల్ లైటింగ్ , రోడ్ల వెడల్పు , ఫౌంటైన్లు ఏర్పాటు , పార్కుల అభివృద్ధి . కూరగాయల మార్కెట్లు , కొత్త బస్సు స్టాండ్ , ఐటీ హబ్ , అగ్రహారం వద్ద రైల్ బ్రిడ్జి , లకారం ట్యాంక్ బండ్, వాకింగ్ ప్యారడైజ్ ,నూతన కలెక్టరేట్ , ఖమ్మంకు మెడికల్ కాలేజీ , ముస్తఫా నగర్ , ఇల్లందు రోడ్ , ఎన్టీఆర్ సర్కిల్ , నూతన కార్పొరేషన్ కార్యాలయం , పాత మున్సిపల్ కార్యాలయంలో లైబ్రరీ ఏర్పాటు ఒకటేమిటి చేసిన అభివృద్ధి చెప్పుకుంటే పొతే రోజులు సరిపోవని అన్నారు . ఒకప్పుడు మంచినీళ్ల కోసం పుంపుల దగ్గర కొట్టుకున్న అక్కచెల్లమ్మలకు ఇళ్లకే నీరు అందించిన ఘనత కేసీఆర్ కే దక్కుతుందని అన్నారు .

ఏ నియోజకర్గంలో ఎక్కడ వేలు ,కాలు పెట్టలేదు …

గతంలో మంత్రుల్లాగా జిల్లాలో ఏ నియోజకవర్గంలో ఎక్కడ కాలు వేలు పట్టలేదని ఎవరి పని వారు చేసుకొని పోయేవిధంగా వ్యవహరించానని అన్నారు . సీఎం కేసీఆర్ సలహా మేరకు ఎంతవరకు అవసరమో అంతవరకే ఉన్నానని అన్నారు . కానీ తనను హననం చేసేందుకు కొందరు ప్రయత్నించారని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు . ఒకప్పుడు జిల్లాలో రాజకీయ హత్యలు జరిగేవని ఇప్పుడు వ్యక్తిగతంగా క్యారెక్టర్ దెబ్బతీసేందుకు ప్రయత్నాలు చేయడం దుర్మార్గమని అన్నారు . గతంలో ఎమ్మెల్యేలుగా , ఎంపీలు చేసినవాళ్లు ఎక్కడైనా తట్టెడు పట్టి పోశారా అని ప్రశ్నించారు . ఒక చిన్న బోరు దగ్గరైన వారి శిలాఫలకం ఉందా అని అన్నారు . ఇక్కడ ప్రజలకు ఏమి చేయలేని వాళ్ళు కొత్త వేషాలతో వస్తున్నారని వారిపట్ల జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలని హెచ్చరించారు .

నిరంతరం పదవి పట్టుకుని వేళ్ళాడే రకాన్ని కాదు ….

తనను రెండు సార్లు గెలిపించారు . మూడవసారి ఖమ్మం ప్రజల మద్దతు కోరుతున్నాను …వారి దీవించి గెలిపిస్తే మరింత సేవచేస్తా ….అయితే నిరంతరం తనకే పదవి కావాలని ,మరొకరి అవకాశం రావద్దని పదవిని పట్టుకొని వేళ్ళాడే రకం కాదు పువ్వాడ అజయ్ అని మంత్రి సంచలన వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు . జీవితాంతం నేడు ఉండాలి అంటే ఎలా అని పదవులకోసం పాకులాలదే వారిపై సైటైర్లు వేశారు … మీడియా సమావేశంలో నగర మేయర్ పూనుకుళ్ళు నీరజ, సుడా చైర్మన్ బచ్చు విజయ కుమార్ , బీఆర్ యస్ నగర అధ్యక్షులు పగడాల నాగరాజు పాల్గొన్నారు ..

In the last two terms, 2014 and 2018, the people of Khammam blessed him and won as MLA. He said that Pothe days are not enough. He said that KCR deserves the honor of providing water to the homes of the elder sisters who used to go to the pumps for fresh water.

No finger or foot has been set in any constituency…
