సిపిఐ శతాబ్ది ఉత్సవాల ముగింపు సందర్భంగా ఖమ్మంలో భారత దేశ రాజకీయాలు -వామపక్షాల ముందున్న సవాళ్లు అనే అంశంపై మంగళవారం ఎస్ ఆర్ గార్డెన్ లో జరిగిన సెమినార్ లో రాష్ట్ర కాంగ్రెస్ అగ్రనేత రాష్ట్ర డిప్యూటీ సీఎం విక్రమార్క మల్లు పాల్గొని కమ్యూనిస్టులకు పాఠం చెప్పారు . కమ్యూనిస్టు విధానాలు ,కార్ల్ మార్క్స్ థీరీ టచ్ చేశారు .తెలంగాణ సాయిధ పోరాటంలో కమ్యూనిస్టుల త్యాగాలను గుర్తు చేశారు .. దేశంలో మతతత్వం వల్ల పొంచి ఉన్న ప్రమాదాన్ని వామపక్షాలతో కలిసి ఎదుర్కొంటామని అన్నారు . కమ్యూనిస్ట్ సిద్ధాంతం ప్రజలకు ప్రధానంగా పేదలకు ,కార్మికులకు , కర్షకులకు ఏవిధంగా ఉపయోగమో వివరించారు .ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి కార్పొరేట్ శక్తులు సరికొత్త సవాళ్లు విసురుతున్నాయని, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కార్పొరేట్ల చేతిలో బంధీగా మారిందని భట్టివిక్రమార్క ధ్వజమెత్తారు . మతాన్ని అడ్డుపెట్టుకుని లబ్ది పొందేందుకు కార్పొరేట్, ఫాసిస్టు శక్తులు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు . పార్లమెంటు ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని బిజెపి నేతృత్వంలోని మతతత్వ శక్తులు నిర్వీర్యం చేస్తున్నాయని ఆర్థిక సామాజిక అంశాలను పక్కదారి పట్టిస్తున్నాయన్నారు. లౌకిక ప్రజాతంత్ర శక్తుల ఐక్యతతోనే మతతత్వ శక్తులను అడ్డుకోగలమని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు. దేశంలో మారిన పరిస్థితులకు అనుగుణంగా వామపక్షాలు ఐక్యంగా కదలాలని మార్క్స్ చెప్పినట్లుగా వర్గ పోరాటాల ద్వారానే సమసమాజం -నిర్మితమవుతుందని మల్లు భట్టివిక్రమార్క తెలిపారు. అయితే మాక్స్ వెబ్నర్ చెప్పినట్లు భారత్ లో కులవ్యవస్థ వేళ్లూనుకొని ఉన్నందున మార్క్స్ సిద్ధాంతం పనిచేయకపోవచ్చునని అన్నారని తెలిపారు.. భారతదేశంలో ప్రస్తుతం పార్లమెంటు వ్యవస్థ ప్రశ్నార్థకమైందని ఒక పక్క ఫాసిస్టు వ్యవస్థ, మరోపక్క కార్పొరేట్ ఈ దేశాన్ని చిన్నాభిన్నం చేయాలని ప్రత్నిస్తున్నాయని ఇటువంటి సమయంలో వామపక్షాలు బలపడటం ఈ దేశానికి అవసరమన్నారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లా అనేక భావాజాలకు నిలయంగా ఉందని అదే సమయంలో అతిథ్యం అందించడంలో ఖమ్మం ముందు వరుసులో ఉంటుందని వామపక్షాలకు బలమైన కేంద్రం ఖమ్మంలో జాతీయ స్థాయి సెమినార్ నిర్వహించడం వామపక్ష జాతీయ నేతలు హాజరుకావడం సంతోషకరమన్నారు. వందేళ్ల సిపిఐ చరిత్రలో ఎన్నో అటుపొట్లు ఉన్నాయని విక్రమార్క తెలిపారు. ఈ దేశానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం సాధించడంలో సిపిఐ ప్రముఖ భూమిక పోషించిందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. 1947లో ఈ దేశానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం వచ్చిందని తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం రాలేదని ఇక్కడి నిజాం రాజును కూల్చడానికి కమ్యూనిస్టులు సాయుధ పోరాటం చేశారని ఆ పోరాటం ప్రపంచ చరిత్రలో నిలిచిపోయిందన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో భూమి కోసం భుక్తి కోసం పేదల విముక్తి కోసం పోరాడడంతో పాటు దున్నేవానికే భూమి దక్కాలని కమ్యూనిస్టులు పోరాడారని మహాత్తర పోరాటాలతో విలసిల్లిన నేల తెలంగాణ అని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఖమ్మం, వరంగల్, నల్లగొండ జిల్లాల్లో ఏ ఇంటి తలుపు తట్టిన ఒక వీరగాధ వినిపిస్తుందన్నారు. కమ్యూనిస్టుల పోరాట ఫలితంగానే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కౌలుదారి చట్టాన్ని, భూ -సంస్కరణ చట్టాన్ని, 20 సూత్రాల ఆర్థిక పథకాన్ని, బ్యాంకుల జాతీయ కరణతో పాటు ఇటీవల కాలంలో సమాచార హక్కు చట్టం, జాతీయ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకాన్ని కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ తీసుకు వచ్చిందన్నారు. రాజ్యాంగ పరిరక్షణ ప్రజాస్వామ్య రక్షణ కర్తవ్యాలుగా వామపక్షాలు ఇతర లౌకిక శక్తులు కలిసి పనిచేయాలన్నారు. ఇప్పటికే హక్కులు హరించబడుతున్నాయని ఓటు హక్కు సైతం ప్రమాదంలో పడిందని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఈ దేశంలో కాంగ్రెస్, వామపక్షాలు కలిసి సుదీర్ఘకాలం పయనించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని ఆ దిశగా కార్యాచరణ చేపట్టాలని -విక్రమార్క తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా వందేళ్ల సిపిఐ సిడిని భట్టి విక్రమార్క ఆవిష్కరించారు.

On Tuesday, at a seminar held at SR Garden in Khammam on the topic of ‘Indian Politics – Challenges before the Left’, as part of the conclusion of the CPI centenary celebrations, State Congress senior leader and Deputy Chief Minister Vikramarka Mallu participated and gave a lesson to the communists. He touched upon communist policies and Karl Marx’s theory. He recalled the sacrifices of the communists in the Telangana armed struggle. He said that they would confront the danger posed by communalism in the country together with the Left parties. He explained how the communist ideology is beneficial to the people, especially the poor, workers, and farmers. Bhatti Vikramarka criticized that corporate forces are posing new challenges to democracy and that the central government has become a captive in the hands of corporations. He expressed concern that corporate and fascist forces are trying to benefit by using religion as a tool. He said that the BJP-led communal forces are weakening parliamentary democracy and diverting attention from economic and social issues. He clarified that communal forces can only be stopped through the unity of secular democratic forces.
Mullu Bhatti Vikramarka stated that, in accordance with the changed circumstances in the country, the left parties should move unitedly, and that a classless society can be built only through class struggles, as Marx had said. However, they stated that, as Max Weber had suggested, Marx’s theory might not work in India because of the deeply entrenched caste system. He said that the parliamentary system in India is currently under question, and that on one hand, a fascist system, and on the other hand, corporate forces are trying to tear this country apart. In such a time, the strengthening of the left parties is necessary for this country. He said that Khammam district is home to many ideologies, and at the same time, Khammam is at the forefront in providing hospitality. He expressed happiness that a national-level seminar was being held in Khammam, a strong center for the left parties, and that national leaders of the left were attending. Vikramarka stated that the CPI has gone through many ups and downs in its hundred-year history. He said that the CPI played a prominent role in achieving independence for this country. He stated that while India gained independence in 1947, the Telangana region did not, and that the communists waged an armed struggle to overthrow the Nizam ruler here, a struggle that has gone down in world history. He said that in Telangana, the communists fought for land, for livelihood, and for the liberation of the poor, and that they fought for the principle that the land should belong to the tiller. He stated that Telangana is a land that flourished with great struggles. He said that if you knock on any door in Khammam, Warangal, or Nalgonda districts, you will hear a heroic tale. He said that it was due to the struggles of the communists that the Congress party brought in the tenancy law, land reform law, the 20-point economic program, and bank nationalization, as well as, more recently, the Right to Information Act and the National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. He stated that the left-wing parties and other secular forces must work together to protect the constitution and safeguard democracy. He added that rights are already being eroded and even the right to vote is in danger. Vikramarka stated that there is a need for the Congress and left-wing parties to work together for a long time in this country and that action should be taken in that direction. खम्मम में CPI के शताब्दी समारोह के खत्म होने के मौके पर, राज्य के सीनियर कांग्रेस लीडर राज्य के डिप्टी CM विक्रमार्क मल्लू ने मंगलवार को SR गार्डन में इंडियन पॉलिटिक्स – लेफ्ट पार्टियों के सामने चुनौतियां टॉपिक पर एक सेमिनार में हिस्सा लिया और कम्युनिस्टों को सबक सिखाया। उन्होंने कम्युनिस्ट पॉलिसी और कार्ल मार्क्स की थ्योरी पर बात की। उन्होंने तेलंगाना सैयदा संघर्ष में कम्युनिस्टों की कुर्बानियों को याद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि वे लेफ्ट पार्टियों के साथ मिलकर देश में कम्युनलिज्म से पैदा हुए खतरे का सामना करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि कम्युनिस्ट आइडियोलॉजी लोगों, खासकर गरीबों, मजदूरों और किसानों के लिए कैसे फायदेमंद है। भट्टीविक्रम मार्का ने कहा कि कॉर्पोरेट ताकतें डेमोक्रेसी के लिए नई चुनौतियां खड़ी कर रही हैं . हालांकि, उन्होंने कहा कि मार्क्स की थ्योरी शायद काम न करे क्योंकि भारत में जाति व्यवस्था गहरी है, जैसा कि मैक्स वेबर ने कहा था। और केंद्र सरकार कॉर्पोरेट्स के हाथों में कैदी बन गई है। उन्होंने चिंता जताई कि कॉर्पोरेट और फासीवादी ताकतें धर्म में रुकावट डालकर फायदा उठाने की कोशिश कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि BJP की लीडरशिप वाली कम्युनल ताकतें पार्लियामेंट्री डेमोक्रेसी को कमजोर कर रही हैं और आर्थिक और सामाजिक मुद्दों को दरकिनार कर रही हैं। उन्होंने साफ किया कि कम्युनल ताकतों को सिर्फ सेक्युलर डेमोक्रेटिक ताकतों की एकता से ही रोका जा सकता है। मल्लू भट्टी विक्रमार्क ने कहा कि जैसा मार्क्स ने कहा था, लेफ्ट पार्टियों को देश के बदले हुए हालात के हिसाब से एक साथ चलना चाहिए, और एक इंसाफ वाला समाज सिर्फ क्लास स्ट्रगल से ही बनाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में अभी पार्लियामेंट्री सिस्टम पर सवाल उठ रहे हैं, और एक तरफ फासीवादी सिस्टम और दूसरी तरफ कॉर्पोरेट इस देश को बांटने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, और ऐसे समय में, इस देश के लिए लेफ्ट पार्टियों को मजबूत होने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि खम्मम ज़िला कई विचारधाराओं का घर है, और साथ ही, खम्मम मेहमाननवाज़ी करने में सबसे आगे है, और उन्हें खुशी है कि लेफ्ट के नेशनल लीडर लेफ्ट पार्टियों के मज़बूत सेंटर खम्मम में नेशनल लेवल का सेमिनार कर रहे हैं। विक्रमार्क ने कहा कि CPI के 100 साल के इतिहास में कई उतार-चढ़ाव आए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस देश को आज़ादी दिलाने में CPI का अहम रोल रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश को 1947 में आज़ादी मिल गई, लेकिन तेलंगाना इलाके को आज़ादी नहीं मिली, और कम्युनिस्टों ने यहां के निज़ाम को हटाने के लिए हथियारबंद लड़ाई लड़ी, और वह लड़ाई दुनिया के इतिहास में दर्ज हो गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि तेलंगाना एक ऐसी ज़मीन है जो बड़े संघर्षों से तबाह हुई है, क्योंकि कम्युनिस्टों ने गरीबों के लिए ज़मीन और गरीबों को ज़मीन दिलाने के लिए लड़ाई लड़ी। उन्होंने कहा कि खम्मम, वारंगल और नलगोंडा ज़िलों में किसी भी घर के दरवाज़े पर एक बहादुरी की कहानी सुनी जा सकती है। उन्होंने कहा कि कम्युनिस्टों के संघर्ष का नतीजा यह हुआ कि कांग्रेस पार्टी टेनेंसी एक्ट, लैंड रिफॉर्म्स एक्ट, 20-पॉइंट इकोनॉमिक प्लान, बैंकों का नेशनलाइजेशन और हाल ही में राइट टू इन्फॉर्मेशन एक्ट और नेशनल एम्प्लॉयमेंट गारंटी स्कीम लेकर आई। उन्होंने कहा कि लेफ्ट पार्टियों और दूसरी सेक्युलर ताकतों को मिलकर काम करना चाहिए क्योंकि संविधान और डेमोक्रेसी की रक्षा करना उनकी ड्यूटी है। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकार पहले से ही छीने जा रहे हैं और वोट देने का अधिकार भी खतरे में है। विक्रमार्क ने कहा कि इस देश में लंबे समय तक कांग्रेस और लेफ्ट पार्टियों को साथ मिलकर चलने की ज़रूरत है और उस दिशा में एक्शन लिया जाना चाहिए। इस मौके पर भट्टी विक्रमार्क ने CPI की 100 साल की CD भी जारी की।
