తనపై అనర్హతను కొట్టివేయాలని, సుప్రీం కోర్ట్ కు వెళ్లెవరకూ తనకు స్టే ఇవ్వాలని వనమా వెంకటేశ్వరావు హైకోర్టు లో వేసిన పిటిషన్ ను కోర్ట్ కొట్టి వేసింది. స్టే ఇచ్చేందుకు నిరాకరించింది. దీంతో వనమా కు నిరాశ ఎదురైంది .ఇప్పటికే జలగం వెంకట్రావు తనను ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయించాలని కోర్టు శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ ను అప్రోచ్ అయ్యారు . ఆయన సూచన మేరకు బుధవారం అసెంబ్లీ లో సెక్రటరీ ని కలిసి హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన జడ్జిమెంట్ కాపీని అందజేశారు . తర్వాత రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల అధికారిని కలిసి కోర్టుకి ఇచ్చిన జడ్జి మెంట్ కాపీని అందించారు . దీనిపై వారు పరిశీలిన జరిపి జలగం కబురు చేస్తామని అన్నారు . దీనిపై అధికారులు న్యాయసలహా కోసం ఎదురు చూస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం .అదే సందర్భంలో వనమా హైకోర్టు ను ఆశ్రయించడంతో కోర్ట్ నుంచి ఎలాంటి ఆదేశాలు వస్తాయనే ఆసక్తి నెలకొన్నది .బుధవారం వనమా పిటిషన్ స్వీకరించి విచారణ జరిపిన హైకోర్టు తీర్పును నిన్న రిజర్వ్ చేసింది. గురువారం తీర్పు ను వెలువరిస్తూ వనమా పిటిషన్ కొట్టి వేస్తున్నట్లు తీర్పు వెలువరించింది . సుప్రీం కోర్ట్ కు వెళుతున్నందున అప్పటివరకు స్టే ఇవ్వలని వనమా కోరారు అందుకు కోర్ట్ నిరాకరించింది. దీంతో జలగం ప్రమాణస్వీకారానికి లైన్ క్లియర్ అయినట్లు అభిప్రాయాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి. అయితే ఎన్నిక కమిషన్ , అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ ఎలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారు …ఎమ్మెల్యేగా జలగం వెంకట్రావు ను నిర్ణయిస్తూ కోర్ట్ ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుకు అనుగుణంగా గెజిట్ లో పేరు మార్పు చేస్తారా …? స్పీకర్ కోర్ట్ డైరక్షన్ ప్రకారం వెంకట్రావు ను ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయిస్తారా లేదా …అనేది ఆసక్తిగా మారింది… 2018 నుంచే జలగం వెంకట్రావు ను ఎమ్మెల్యేగా గుర్తించాలని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.అంతే కాకుండా వనమా కు తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇచ్చారని 5 లక్షల జరిమానా కూడా ఇడించింది.ఇంతవరకు ఇలాంటి తీర్పు వెలవడలేదని న్యాయవర్గాలు సైతం అంటున్నాయి…తప్పుడు సమాచారం ఇచ్చే వారికీ ఇదొక చెంప పెట్టులాంటిదని అభిప్రాయాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి…

The court rejected the petition filed by Vanama Venkateswara Rao in the High Court to dismiss his disqualification and stay him till he goes to the Supreme Court. Refused to stay.
