జూబ్లీహిల్స్ ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ అధికార దుర్వినియోగానికి పాల్పడిందని,ఆ పార్టీకి చెందిన గుండాలు, రౌడీలు పోలింగ్ ప్రారంభమైన కొద్దిసేపటి నుంచే దౌర్జన్యాలకు దిగారని,అరాచకం సృష్టించారని బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్లమెంటరీ పార్టీ డిప్యూటీ లీడర్, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు వద్దిరాజు రవిచంద్ర అధికార పార్టీ పై ధ్వజమెత్తారు .ఎన్నికల కమిషన్ పూర్తిగా వైఫల్యం చెందిందని,అధికార కాంగ్రెస్ దొంగ ఓట్లు వేయించుకునేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నదని పలుమార్లు ఫిర్యాదు చేసినా కూడా ఎటువంటి చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదన్నారు.ఢిల్లీలో బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎంపీలు ఎన్నికల సంఘాన్ని, హైదరాబాద్ లో సిఇవో సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డిని కేటీఆర్, హరీష్ రావు తదితరులు పలుమార్లు కలిసి 20కి పైగా ఆధారాలతో సహా ఫిర్యాదులు చేసినా కనీస స్పందన కానరాలేదని ఎంపీ రవిచంద్ర తెలిపారు.

యూసఫ్ గూడలోని ఫంక్షన్ హాళ్లల్లో దొంగ ఓటర్లు మోహరించి ఉన్నారనే సమాచారంతో బీఆర్ఎస్ అభ్యర్థి సునీత,తాను , ఎమ్మెల్యే కౌశిక్ రెడ్డి, మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డి తదితర నాయకులు అక్కడకు వెళితే రౌడీ మూకలు దౌర్జన్యానాకి దిగారన్నారు.అధికార పార్టీ నాయకులు,కార్యకర్తలు, రౌడీలు పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ల వద్దనే అరాచకాలకు దిగితే పోలీసులు వారిని అడ్డుకోకుండా వత్తాసు పలికారని ఎంపీ రవిచంద్ర పేర్కొన్నారు.పోలింగ్ స్టేషన్ పక్కనే కాంగ్రెస్ ఎన్నికల కార్యాలయం ఉండడం చట్ట విరుద్ధమని ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి వివరించినా కూడా ఎటువంటి చర్య తీసుకోకపోవడం తీవ్ర విచారకరమన్నారు.కాంగ్రెస్ గుండాలు ఇష్టారాజ్యంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నా,దాడులకు దిగుతున్నా కూడా పార్టీ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ కేటీఆర్ సూచనల మేరకు బీఆర్ఎస్ శ్రేణులు సంయమనం పాటించడం జరిగిందని ఎంపీ రవిచంద్ర చెప్పారు.రాష్ట్రంలో ఈరోజు ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఖూనీ అయ్యిందని, ఎన్నికలను సజావుగా జరిపించడంలో ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఫెయిల్ అయ్యిందన్నారు.అధికార పార్టీకి కొమ్ము కాసిన పోలీసుల వైఖరి గురించి డీజీపీ శివధర్ రెడ్డికి, ఎన్నికలను సజావుగా నిర్వహించడంలో వైఫల్యం చెందిన సిఈవో సుదర్శన్ రెడ్డిపై కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి ఫిర్యాదు చేసి, చట్టపరంగా తగు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిందిగా కోరుతామని ఎంపీ వద్దిరాజు చెప్పారు.

BRS Parliamentary Party Deputy Leader and Rajya Sabha member Vaddiraju Ravichandra has flagged the ruling party for abusing power in the Jubilee Hills elections, saying that the Congress had committed abuse of power, and that the goons and rowdies belonging to that party had started atrocities and created anarchy from the very beginning of the polling. He said that the Election Commission had completely failed and that the ruling Congress was trying to get votes stolen, but no action was taken despite repeated complaints. BRS MPs in Delhi met the Election Commission and CEO Sudarshan Reddy in Hyderabad, along with KTR, Harish Rao and others several times. MP Ravichandra said that despite filing complaints with more than 20 pieces of evidence, there was no response.

He said that when BRS candidate Sunitha, himself, MLA Kaushik Reddy, former MLA Sudarshan Reddy and other leaders went there after receiving information that fraudulent voters were deployed in the function halls in Yusufguda, the mobs resorted to violence. MP Ravichandra said that when the ruling party leaders, activists and rowdies started causing chaos at the polling stations, the police did not stop them and gave them alms. He said that it is extremely regrettable that no action was taken even after explaining to the Election Commission that it was illegal to have a Congress election office next to a polling station. MP Ravichandra said that even though the Congress goons were behaving in a self-serving manner and resorting to attacks, the BRS ranks exercised restraint as per the instructions of party working president KTR. He said that democracy has become a murderer in the state today and the Election Commission has failed to conduct the elections smoothly. The ruling party has a horn MP Vaddiraju said that he will file a complaint with the Central Election Commission against DGP Shivdhar Reddy regarding the attitude of the Kasina police and CEO Sudarshan Reddy for failing to conduct the elections smoothly, and request them to take appropriate legal action.

बीआरएस संसदीय दल के उपनेता और राज्यसभा सदस्य वड्डीराजू रविचंद्र ने जुबली हिल्स चुनाव में सत्ता के दुरुपयोग के लिए सत्ताधारी दल की आलोचना की है और कहा है कि कांग्रेस ने सत्ता का दुरुपयोग किया है और उस पार्टी के गुंडों और उपद्रवियों ने मतदान की शुरुआत से ही अत्याचार और अराजकता फैलाई थी। उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग पूरी तरह से विफल रहा है और सत्ताधारी कांग्रेस वोट चुराने की कोशिश कर रही है, लेकिन बार-बार शिकायतों के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। दिल्ली में बीआरएस सांसदों ने केटीआर, हरीश राव और अन्य के साथ हैदराबाद में चुनाव आयोग और सीईओ सुदर्शन रेड्डी से कई बार मुलाकात की। सांसद रविचंद्र ने कहा कि 20 से ज़्यादा सबूतों के साथ शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बावजूद कोई जवाब नहीं मिला।

उन्होंने कहा कि जब बीआरएस उम्मीदवार सुनीता, वह स्वयं, विधायक कौशिक रेड्डी, पूर्व विधायक सुदर्शन रेड्डी और अन्य नेता यूसुफगुडा के समारोह हॉल में फर्जी मतदाताओं को तैनात किए जाने की सूचना मिलने के बाद वहां गए, तो भीड़ ने हिंसा का सहारा लिया। सांसद रविचंद्र ने कहा कि जब सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी के नेता, कार्यकर्ता और उपद्रवी मतदान केंद्रों पर अराजकता फैलाने लगे, तो पुलिस ने उन्हें नहीं रोका और उन्हें भीख दी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बेहद खेदजनक है कि चुनाव आयोग को यह समझाने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई कि मतदान केंद्र के बगल में कांग्रेस का चुनाव कार्यालय होना अवैध है। सांसद रविचंद्र ने कहा कि भले ही कांग्रेस के गुंडे स्वार्थी तरीके से व्यवहार कर रहे थे और हमलों का सहारा ले रहे थे, लेकिन बीआरएस के कार्यकर्ताओं ने पार्टी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष केटीआर के निर्देशानुसार संयम बरता। उन्होंने कहा कि आज राज्य में लोकतंत्र एक हत्यारा बन गया है सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी के सांसद वड्डीराजू ने कहा कि वह चुनाव को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने में विफल रहने के लिए कासीना पुलिस और सीईओ सुदर्शन रेड्डी के रवैये को लेकर डीजीपी शिवधर रेड्डी के खिलाफ केंद्रीय चुनाव आयोग में शिकायत दर्ज कराएंगे और उनसे उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का अनुरोध करेंगे।
